License problem with MJ and MC

I purchased MJ & MC in this Web by internet
and then I formatted My computer for rapid speed
So Reinstalled Mc 10 and entered Registration Code, following Error message
"this license is invalid or has been toomany time"
I cannot use this software for two years
I demand reasonable claim to use this software for resolution
I cannot English well you understand my wrong English grammer

The upgrade is not free if you have not bought Media Center 10. What version did you buy? You must install the version you bought:
Media Jukebox 8: ftp.jriver.com/pub/downloads/music/MediaJukebox8.exe
Media Center 9: ftp.jriver.com/pub/downloads/music/old/MediaCenter91319.exe

Then you must restore your license. More information:

If you bought Media Center 10 is it possible that you have used all of your restores? It is limited to ten restores per one year.

1. If he posted his registration code for others to use it, the code prob has been revoked.

2. if he allowed others to use his code then he would not have any restores left

3. if he used his restore code too many times he would not have any resores left

prob not now since you posted part of your license key so everyone can use it, so now it maybe revoked my J river.
