Tray-Icon context menu while video playing

When playing any video file in MC the right-click Tray-Icon context menu doesn't work. It even doesn't show up. Is this how it should be or is it a bug? I'm wondering about because it's a problem since the first video-playing version and I never get answers/statements to my requests about that.

Perhaps the luck is with me this time  :o
