Under the view scheme for the media library, I have random sorting selected. Unfortunately when I click an album to play it plays that album in random order. Well duh, except for the fact that under options - sorting, I have the option checked for 'sort by track # for single albums' and this is not honored even though I have the random sorting for view scheme. This hopefully will be fixed as there is no other way to get the media library to sort randomly which I just figured out tonight

but then realized the album problem.

Just curious. Why would you want the library sorted randomly?

Shuffle mode would over-ride album sorting.

Oh well I guess i'll have to press play on an album press pause and then resort and then reorder(this brings up another idea that I have about a dedicated album viewing SPACE). Only the selection area is randomly sorted and not the panes. This allowes me to listen to more of a variety since now I am not always seeing the same 2 or 3 artists in the selection area every time.

Looks like when in album thumbnail view, if I double click an album, it does play in the track order. It just does not work when you play an album from the album pane. ?
