An observation from a newbie to this forum:
When transferring playlists to my sister's iPod by dragging and dropping the playlist on the listing of the handheld in "devices", the resulting transferred file shows up twice in the iPod playlist. It does not show up twice in the iPod system information, but does repeat automatically when the playlist is selected on the iPod. I have yet to do a complete reformat of the iPod, but I figured a "return to factory settings", firmware update, and initilization by MC would be sufficient to remove all links to pre-existing files. A minor difficulty, but annoying none the less. Anyway, here's the system info:
