MC11.0.212 Ripping problem
« on: March 14, 2005, 02:00:47 am »

I've had some problems ripping to MP3 with MC11

I have set up MC to rip 1 track and encode two others at the same time. (worked quite well in MC10)

In MC11 when the ripping had finished (but not the encoding) I put another CD in and ripping and encoding started on this CD straight away leaving some of the tracks from the first CD un-encoded.

I then placed the first CD back in the drive and the ripping and encoding started for that CD all over again.

I'm having the same problem.

When I put a CD in to be ripped, MC is unable to read and asks to reinsert CD.

When try again, still same problem.

I'm having the same problem since, version .213. If I restart MC it's able to read the CD and rip or play it.
The problem is still there in build .214

This should be fixed in today's build (215). Please report your results.
Thanks!

Helpme-
Your particular problem may not be fixed in time for today's build. In the meantime, everything should work fine for multiple CD drive ripping if you enable the "encode on the fly while ripping" option.
