I tried Media Jukebox 8 and MusicMatch.  Media Jukebox isn't compatible with my Plextor CD/RW drive so I went with MusicMatch.  I cannot find anything on how to unistall this program.  I have Windows XP Home and I'm the only user and have Admin privileges.  I run the unistall program and the screen blinks and nothing happens.  When I check the install directory, the files are still there.  I've reinstalled and tried uninstalling several times.  I'm frustrated that J River has no support other than other users.  It seems pretty cheap to me.  Anyway, can someone help me?  I'd love to get this off my PC.

it normaly will uninstall fine, if it does not uninstall then it is a system probllem.

you can always format your system it seems like you have problems anyway.

normaly re-installing and uninstalling works.

MC9 has a better burner driver and may work.

you can also delete the j river folder, and use regedit and delete everything under "J River"
