Hello

 ? I have 2 problems with the encoder in Media Jukebox (v.8, I have already downloaded all possible encoders and format supports) :

1- it does not want to convert files from .wma to .mp3 (it says "format not supported" when I select a .wma file for converting, although the player does play .wma files alright.
2- when I convert .wav files to .mp3 format, the original sound disappears and is relpaced by a tiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii noise. 
Could you help plz?
