Is it possible to use the Task Scheduler to import playlists and re-scan media folders?  I'd like to do two different things:

One is to load tracks directly into an existing regular playlist at a given time.   Both as a complete replacement of tracks and as additions.  I'd like to replace one list's content but potentially just add tracks to another one.

Secondly I'd like to have the library learn of any new tracks that have been added to a given folder.   Just go look in folder X at a given time and add any new tracks.

What might be a wrinkle to this is I'd like to have this happen in what might be a different library than the one currently open.  I've got a second library just for a given set of media, independent of what's used "most of the time".

Suggestions?  Tips?
