Auto Equaliser

What happened to the Auto Equaliser plugin?  The mjp in the plugin section leads to a broken installer.  And the link where Nila says to download it from is dead.  I would like to have that plugin back.  I like having the ability to automatically change my DSP effects.  Every thread about it seems to have been erased.
