Real Player purchased music import

I can not get the real player purchased music imported into the player, it is not recognizing the songs, the song is in the my music folder but will not show or run when i try to play it with the media center 11. I already tried importing and converting audio files will not work.

Tracks purchased from the RealPlayer Music Store are RealAudio 10 AAC files, with a .rax file extension.  These are not supported by MC11.  This is number one on my "wishlist".

And even the regular .ram streams won't playback through zones.
