OT: Looking for one particular photogallery

Sorry for posting here, but I'm looking for one particular website that I've visited maybe 2 years ago last (not sure if it's still alive). It was a site where anybody could upload their own photos of any subject and other could rate those pictures and comment on them. I suppose that there are quite many sites like this, but this one stayed in my mind--- but not in my bookmarks... Any suggestion of such a site is welcome. I really have no idea of the name of the site. Google doesn't want to be my friend with this...

Yes I know...

Now that I thought about it more, I remember that the "frontpage" of the site had lots of thumbnails of newest uploads. Also the overall coloring of the site was black/dark gray... of course this might have changed and even the whole site might have disappeared...
