Plug-in for Rio S35S for MC 10

There are no plug ins available for the Rio S35S MP3 player.  If I install the one for MC 9.1 and try to upload music, MC 10 give me an error that says, "You appear to have a plug-in installed other than one for MC 10.  Please get the appropriate plug-in."  Problem is, there is not one available, however MC 10 says it supports this player in the Help section.  It worked fine when I was on MC 9.1, the problems have started since I upgraded to MC 10.  Any advise?
