can't view certain video files

I downloaded in Kazaa movie files I can't watch.  The file has an .avi extension.  The file also says codec = Div3.  When I try to import them into MJ, MJ attempts to have real player update itself with ICM Div3, but then says it's not available.  Then MJ locks up.  I have all of the file associations checked when importing.  Any ideas?

Install a divx decoder.  www.divx.com/divx
