MC10 Time-Shift & Recording

I am using ATI's TV-Wonder for my tuner. When I record with the ATI software the quality is great but there's no time-shift feature. When I record with MC10 the video is really choppy but the same resolution as the ATI. And when I try to time-shift there's audio but no video. I'm hoping it's just some settings I can change or a compression plug-in I can install. Any help?

Which recording profile are you using? Go to TV Options, Recording tab and choose a different recording profile - probably one with lower resolution.
