Using an IRMAN to remote control..problem

HI

Trying to use an IRMAN to remote control Media Jukebox 8.372...doesnt work correctly. Works shortly and then stopps responding to input. Anyone here that knows a solution???

I've got one and it works great.  I don't use the supplied software through (which is where the lockup probably is).  I use uICE, others use Girder.

By the way....what remote do you ppl use for IRMan? Their standard or could you use any other universal control?

Just about any standard consumer remote should work.  I currently use a Marantz RC2000 but my Sony, RCA, Yamaha, Philips and Samsung remotes all worked fine.   The universals should work equally well.
