mp3 files have been designed to provide for information to be included in a "tag". This info. tells much about the file content and its production.  I have now created several libraries of mp3 files and would like to include explanatory comments about the library.  Not all libraries are constructed with exactly the same philosophies (e.g. the tag information in one might be historical, reflecting the original releases of the media, while in another the tag info. might be the "best" of releases currently available.)  I would like to see the ability to include a "tag" for a library.  Is this a current capability? I can't find anywhere to add info. about the library. Thanks
