Storing art in file
« on: October 18, 2005, 09:00:19 pm »

How do I store The Album art in the actual mp3 file. There use to be a button to check but now I can't find it. When I play a file using any software but Media Center the album art is missing.

To save Cover Art in the file (when possible)

You can optionally save Cover Art in the file itself. Note, however, that not all file formats will allow this, and for those that do, the file size will increase.

Go to Tools > Options > General and check “Save cover art inside tags when possible”.

The above is quoted from the help file and I can't find that option using 11.314

If you goto

Tools
Options
File Location

Check Store Images in tags also, then from the drop down you can check were else you want the image, Ie, in a specific folder, or as Folder.jpg

I'm not sure if this will work in 11.0.xxx but it does in 11.1.xx
