OT: MC-like SW for E-books
« on: October 06, 2005, 10:25:52 pm »

Anyone have any recommendations?  I have a very large number of electronic text books.

I'm looking for some software that has similar behavior to MC for audio/video files, 'cept with PDF, CHM, DJVU format.

neat idea!

i've got a ton of ebooks too, and it's so hard to go through them all to find certain info.  i've tried different desktop search tools like MSN, GDS, X1 and Copernic, but they're only good for finding the document - not actually pinpointing the page the info is located on.

may have to wait until Vista, when desktop search is fully integrated into the OS and we can tag any files we want.
