Yes but still refers to MC9. I thought there have been additions/changes to commands since then ??

'requires Media Center 9.0.170 or later unless otherwise noted' - so i guess MC 11 counts as later.

Media Jukebox & Media Center
 Command Line parameters
(last updated September 9, 2004)
(required Media Jukebox 8.0.317 or later)

Introduction

Media Jukebox can be controlled by command line parameters. Designing the Media Jukebox command line interface, we focused mainly on power and simplicity. Following these principals, we split the interface into two parts: (1) Execute parameters,  and  (2) Control parameters.

Execute Parameters

Executing one of the following parameters starts Media Jukebox / Media Center if it's not running.

NOTE: All Media Jukebox commands must be forwarded to MJExtMan.exe

also worth noting that anywhere you see mjextman.exe, if you're using MC11, replace that in your command line with MC11.exe

The windows messages listed here can be quite useful too.
