iPod Extras
« on: October 20, 2005, 05:04:34 pm »

MC is no doubt much better than iTunes.
I'm using MC to upload musics to my iPod.
Now I ask: is it possible to upload iPod Extras (Contacts, Calendar, Notes) using MC?

Short answer: No. Maybe in the future.

Longer answer: You could use the 'My Computer'-interface and do it, I guess. However, as far as I'm concerned you cannot sync playlists with non-audio formats, i.e. a folder containing all vCards or whatever 'Contacts' are called in Windows.

Well, I tried the "My Computer" solution, but it didn't work fine.
So I installed iTunes again and used it to sync calendars, contacts and so on. OK
I've told iTunes not to sync automatically when I start iPod.
Then I went back to MC11 to sync my musics.
It didn't work any longer!
It seems that when I installed ITunes again it has generated something that does'nt permit MC11 to work again...
Any help?
