Automatic Rebuild of Thumbnails

Is there a way of triggering a rebuilding of the thumbnails somehow?

I would like to do a rebuild every night on my HTPC as the images are over a wireless network and thus takes a little while.

I have Girder installed so was trying to find a way of triggering a rebuild, is there a way?
