Burn 2 albums in one
« on: November 07, 2005, 06:23:07 am »

Hi everybody!!

How can I burn some songs from 2 CD in one empty?

I tried that inserting the 2 cdīs and selecting the songs I like, later clic on Burn. MC tell me "Insert a empty CD now" and I remove one of the audio CD and I insert an empty cd.

MC starts to burn and shows some tracks "in queue" (the tracks there are in the audio CD 2 I have remove). When MC finish to burn the songs in CD audio 1, it close the session and I canīt to burn the other song "in queue".  :'(

from my experience, it really isn't possible to copy songs off of one cd on to another in MC.  they first have to ripped onto the hd, and then burned.

anybody else got some tips for this guy?

No it is not . You must first rip, then burn. If you want to copy without ripping, you will have to use some other app. However, I'm not familiar with any app that will allow you to copy parts of 2 different CDs to a 3rd without ripping them first.

agreed.  just rip them in wav so you dont lose any quality, then when you are done burning the tracks that you wanted to burn, just delete the wavs.  fairly simple, ripping a wav should really take little time.  and honestly i can't think of any other way ANY program could do it.

If you want to rip them and then burn them AND they will all fit onto a single CD you can create a playlist then burn the playlist.

If you want to copy from CD to CD and combine two or more CDs, I don't think that will be possible with MC.
