When i run the mouse cursor over an album thumbnail i get a pop up that displays info about the album, however the tracks are appearing in alphabetical order instead of numerical order which i want, is there anyway to control this?

It seems to act strangely.

I have over 2000 album thumbnails that show the album files in the correct order in the popups, but my filenames contain the tracknumber before the track name so the alphabetical order is the same as the track order.

However, I made a small test album without track numbers in the filenames. It didn't show up in the track order, but also it didn't show up in the alphabetical order. The order seems to be arbitary.

BTW, does anyone know how the table function is supposed to work?

The table I posted in the CODE frame is OK with IE, but Opera shows it unaligned.

I wonder if the table buttons/code could be used:

I tag my songs : artist-title-track # which is different than Alex's which puts the track # before the title, why in the heck alex's test show a arbitrary listing instead of alphabetical confuses me even more, lol

I am certainly not going to retag all my 12,000 files just to get them to come up in the correct numerical order in the thumbnail pop-ups, there must be a switch or an option to force them to be listed one way or another.

got it to work, under customize current view, with all the thumbnails showing, go to sorting box and i had by date imported, just added by track # after that and presto, now sorts album thumbnails by date imported like before but now the popup sorts the tracks by #'s thus in correct running order.
