Vorbis 1.0 vs OggEnc Gta2

What have the best soundquality Vorbis 1.0 or OggEnc Gta2? I normaly use to encode in Ogg MJ @ quality High and can't complain but somewone tell me that OggEnc Gta2 @ 350kbps has much better quality because off the pre-echo, waht do you think?

If preecho is a problem, use OggEnc GT2 in the 350kbps mode.
GT2@350 had short blocks tuned up to insane levels. I think 1.0 has more conservative settings

You can find a "oggdropgt2.exe" or a "oggencgt2.exe"
(i recommend the first one)
