Lost Track Names

I have just - at last - purchased MC 11 having used the demo version for a month. During that time I had imported the 3,500 albums that I've got on my PC. All the tag info was showing up properly. But now, literally thousands and thousands of track names have been lost. All the other info seems intact. Just the names of the songs. Some remain. But I'd say about 85% are now blank - and that's 30,000 or more! Any thoughts.
