No sound from some ripped tracks
« on: September 27, 2002, 12:46:07 pm »

I am ripping my CDs at 192Kbps.  It looks like all the tracks are converted to MPEGs, but some complete albums will not play with sound.  It seems to be all tracks or no tracks for specific CDs.  The counter counts and it acts like it is playing, but no sound comes out.  Doesn't matter if I am trying to play it on my MP3 player, through MJ, or WiMP.  Other albums come through just fine.  Any suggestions?

I haven't heard of this before. Check in "devices settings" and tell me which copy mode you're using (for example "digital large buffer", or "analog"). Also, please post your system info here (from the help menu in MJ). Will the CD tracks play ok in MJ, direct from the CD?

Thanks.
