Help, I have lost all function except for video

I have been messing around with the last two versions of MC11 at work, .174 and .175

I come into work today, start up MC11 and don't have functions except for video, i tried to import my songs back in, nothing imported so it still senses the songs are there but i have no way in the media library to get to them, please help:

Try clicking the audio or image "Media Mode" buttons under the search box.

Thanks next time i will try that, i just uninstalled and reinstalled and now it's all fine.
