Track info Template HELP!!!!

Hi all!  I'm trying to modify one of the built in Track-info templates and I'm having a problem.  If I use the original html page and modify it, it works.  If I make a new HTML page, MJ says it can't load the Track Info Template.  Anyone got any instructions?  Suggestions?  Any help would be appreciated...  Thanks!

Have you downloaded the development kit?  I found that it was very easy to use.
