Escape Characters in Search
« on: December 06, 2005, 03:27:12 pm »

Is it possible to escape special characters when searching?
I want "(" in my search query but it's just seen as a bracket  :)

Normal slash is the escape character.

So /( for a quote.

You need to escape:

So if I did a search with the following filter
/(3/)

and I have files with filenames like Track 3(3).mp3

It should come up right?
At the moment I can't get it to work...
