Find Songs with Album Art not in File

Can somebody tell me how to find all the songs that have Album Art, but not stored inside the file?

one of my 'task' orientated viewschemes is for managing files and their album art...

it's a playlist based viewscheme. the playlist group contains three playlists:

1. has external coverart: mt=audio -[Image File]=[] [Image File]=.,\
2. has internal coverart: mt=audio -[Image File]=.,\,[]
3. has no coverart: mt=audio [Image File]=[]

I don't use folder.jpg's, but I'd imagine that if these didn't pick those up, it would be easy enough to make it happen.
