Import of media does not work

After reinstall and activation, Mediacenter will not import any mediafiles. A few files from an old Itunes library is all it could find despite the loginformation looked all right (alle files are in the log but not in library)

Check the option "Ignore previously deleted files" from the advanced section of the import tool.

Also, try viewing the files from the My Computer area of MC.  You can right-click import from there.

Finally, try MC 11.1 if you aren't.
