It's built into the library.

For example, pick "Audio" in the tree.  Then from the top right of the view, pick "Genres".  It'll look and work a lot like the old Library Browser.  There's also some new flexibility there if you're interested. (like looking at files at the same time, adjusting sizes, easier way to see where you are and go back levels, etc.)

All thumbnails dont display in Library Browser mode. Some Show and some don't. It's random

Ps: I like The old Library browser much better!!! ;)

On first upgrade to MC 11.1, thumbnails will need to build. (this happens automatically as they're needed)  After that, any browser tiles should show images.

You can look at the same files in Panes \ Thumbnail mode to see if MC can find art for them.
