The following podcast seems to have trouble displaying the names of the episodes when I create a new feed and view the list:

http://www.chinesepod.com/podcast.php

Instead of displaying the proper Chinese characters, the names show up as

�鸟62 Mobile Phones
中级21  Pop Music & Pop Culture
æ–°é—»13 ChinesePod News: Jan 22, 2006
...

I believe this is an encoding problem.  I know Media Center uses the Internet Explorer engine for some things, but I have confirmed my IE is set to the proper encoding and the file titles display just fine through my web browser.
Any suggestions?

Does anyone have any thoughts or suggestions on this?  I can view the feed list with the proper characters just fine in Internet Explorer and in Itunes.  But for some reason they show up as gibberish in Media Center.
