RoadKill: MC 11.1 Player Display
« on: January 06, 2006, 07:44:10 pm »

Okay before I was using 11.0.314.

Just upgraded this latest release. First thing I notice, the panel at the top that shows what's currently playing now looks, uhm, not so good.

The font is too small and it just looks totally spaced out and wrong (no I haven't changed any other system settings).

Plus when I have // it just truncates them to / whereas it didn't in the older version. What is going on here? (I'm not too bothered about this particular point but the font thing is bugging me, and no, changing it in the dialogue in Tree & View under options doesn't help me either).

Showing what I mean:

This is how it used to look..

This is how it looks now.

Edit: Infact, it seems to ignore a single / entirely. What have I done?

Double Edit: Glad the volume above 100% when using internal volume bug is fixed, yay!

Triple Edit: Oh and would you PLEASE do something about the upgrade installer changing the ** view modes, I have to to remove the rating column every time!! (I only have read only access to my music share for security).

I can't reproduce the font spacing.  What font and size are you using?  Can anyone else reproduce this?

Also, "/" is the escape character.  It let's you make special characters like ), (, [, ], etc. not get treated as special when parsing the expression.

To output a slash, use //.

Thanks.
