MC 11: Option to choose Expand/Collapse graphic.

With 11.1, there was a change to use triangles in the tree (left-side) insteat of +/- signs.

Can we get an option in Tree & View Settings for this style?  I'm a fan of old-school +/- use.

Also, I like the dotted lines the connect/follow children nodes in some software like Powerdesk (Windows Explorer alternative).  An option to turn this on and off would be neat too.
