aTagger doesn't store two fields (Image and Moods) with a fresh installation of my entire harddisk.
I have seen the problem in some other threads here.
But the questions were never really answered.
After aTagger has run, tags are stored correctly except for image and moods.
The Moods field is set up as a user field in the Library.
The log from one of my files looks like this:
