Hi,
I understand why you might want to have the bottom list totally refreshed and any selections cleared when something a new filter is clicked in the panes, but...

How about allowing perservering selections to exist when in tagging mode (it's so convenient), or having an option for it somewhere?

I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
