Saw this and it cracked me up.

On the user interface test designed for 15 year olds I got 6/10. 
I'm on the final year of a Bsc Computer Science course, and am
doing a unit about Usability Engineering.
It's true that I'm not doing well this year, but I hadn't realised
things had got this bad!

I got 5, and I had wildly guessed on the first 6 questions because I hadn't a clue what they were about. 

This probably explains why UK school exam results are showing improvement - a little knowledge and several stabs in the dark will get you a long way

Part of the problem is the way the answers are structured.
Instead of true/false they should be along the lines of
"This is a good reason to use a command line interface"
or
"This is NOT a good reason to use a command line interface"

Hard luck. If other software does not need to run alongside the program, a command line interface would be the most appropriate.

I have often several CL interfaces and Windows programs running at the same time. The use of a CL interface does not tell what tasks are running and how much multitasking happens.

Hard luck. Command line interfaces are good if you only have a low spec computer.

The use of a CL interface does not tell how heavy tasks a PC runs. Any low spec computer with e.g. an ancient Pentium 1, Celeron or similar can run old Windows versions and basic 2D graphical interfaces easily.


Though, that guy may have a Commodore 64. In that case I would accept the scores...
