Virtual Handheld in MC 11?
« on: February 06, 2006, 12:35:08 pm »

Am I right in thinking that in MC11 you can Transfer to a designated folder using the Handheld menu? And that, while doing this, the files can be re-encoded and Normalised on-the-fly?
And, lastly, that I can't do this in my MC10 without copying them to a CD and then ripping them back?
(Sony NW-Ax000 series only play files loaded by a dedicated media player)

MC 11.1 allows any drive or folder to be treated like a handheld.

You can convert formats on the fly.  There's no normalization.
