Nero Recode and .vob files

I've been a little negligent on keeping up with the builds lately, but with the latest, I now have working import and playing of DVD (.vob) files AND Nero Recode (MP4 variant) files!  I am particularly thrilled with the latter as they would never play before.

Great work, guys.  I've even got the album art to stick to the files for a while, which is another first for me.
