CD Burn 'command sequence error'

MC 11.1.89 burns first 5 or so audio tracks from a playlist of 15 or so tracks to CD then stops and sometimes above error message appears.   Any clues to the problem.  Burning to reasonably new Pioneer cd/dvd burner.

I am having the exact same problem.  Started with latest update.  Help is appreciated.
