If you search on www.rebateshq.com for Maxtor, there is a $30 rebate on 160 GB 5400 RPM Drive from authorized resellers

If this is an authorized reseller (and this is the drive on the rebate) then you save another $30........Rebate valid up to Sept 30th

For anyone needing more drive space or thinking about a RAID array thats one amazing price I bought 4 of these drives about 5 months ago at about 4 times that price (company perk).... They may not be the fastest drives in the world but they are quiet and reliable...

If you get a 404 Page not found error... Keep hammering it or wait for 5 and try again...

It dissapeared after I posted and I assumed it was caught but its there again now... I suspect that this will be all over the rebate and deal forums soon so they will get hammered...

Probably wont honour it but you never know...
