Audio Analysis Question

Almost my entire library has been ripped using different versions of Media Center. My ripping options are set to analize audio during ripping.  I'm currently using v11.1.185.

I do have some songs from other sources so I decided to do an Audio Analysis.  Instead of just doing the tracks that were not analized, I decided to do my entire library (I un-checked "skip analized files").

Almost every song is changed in this process.  The replay gain, peak, and BPM are changing for every track. 

Why does this change everything?  I would expect the results to be the same.
