End of Song trigger for Girder

Hi

I would like to use the end of songs as a Girder trigger. A elapse time counter would be the best, but even a file which bumps with each change of song would be good. This will be put in Lua script. I tried a several different things with no success. I would greatly appreciate any Help!!
