iPod and Number Plays

I'm using MC 11.1.186. When I connect my iPod the last played date is correctly updated in MC but not the number plays field. It remains at 0. I have "Get Playstats from handheld on connect" checked.

Is there any solution to this problem?

My number of plays is updating correctly - using a previous gen 'fat' 60GB iPod.

It seems to be sorted. I noticed after a sync that about 100 songs had a play count in large minus figures (e.g. -365434) so I reset them to zero and everything is working! Can only imagine something got corrupted somewhere along the way.

As an aside I'm running MC on an Intel Mac running Windows. Works a treat.
