The serial recovery isn't working. I have had Media Jukebox since it had P2P server capabilities. A recent hdd issue caused a loss of a spanned volume resulting in loss of all data. I just bought my software again and really feel billing issues are not appropriate in a public forum.

I am using IE 6 cookies enabled, ect. ect.
Bit tweaked at paying again for what I had before....
Obviously its too late now, thet already had my money at the time I posted my initial thread.

some details would be nice - not your name or credit card number, but a description of what the problem is, and what version you purchased etc.

If you purchased v8 before, you did not need to purchase it again.

If you purchased v7 (or previous) before, then backing up your license was your responsibility.

I enter my email address and the server says I don't exist....
As for backup... I did have a backup. Unfortunately it was on the 60 Gig Spanned volume which Setup so kindly screwed out of existance by assigning IDE 0 to Drive letter "g" invalidating the Drive signatures, thus causing the volume to fail and all data to be lost.
It was all one of those, "Well this turned out to be more of a project than anticipated..." things. The afore mentioned setup is the windows 2000 Setup, not Media Jukebox setup. I have seen several other threads here of a similar nature, with reguard to billing support and its lack thereof. Basically TT&TMNG.

I repeat: details would be nice. Are you trying to recover a version 7 or a version 8 (or a version 6) license through the restore page.

Originally version 6, upgraded to 7 then 8. 8 was on the system prior to the crash and working properly. But as I emphatically said before, its all a mu point as I have already bought 8 as a result of Recovery failure.
