Folder Watch Settings

Can't find them.  Bound to be somewhere obvious  ::)  :)

Matt:
Currently it watches whatever folders you setup in the Import dialog.

Later there'll be two dialogs:

1) Add Folder (with option to watch)
2) Library Settings (list of watches, settings for when to run, etc.)
