Don't appear on Taskbar

Mr ChriZ:
I always use MC in Minimize to system tray mode.
I'd love an option for it never to appear on the taskbar at all.

I found a lovely free little utility once that would allow you to do this with
any application, only for the life of me can't find it no more!
