MP4 DirectShow Option Missing

What happened to Tools --> Options --> Playback --> DirectShow --> Try using DirectShow for playback of mp4 media?

Is this automatic now?

x264 MP4 media also no longer works for me, and no longer loads FFDSHOW in 12.0.89...

EDIT:  Nevermind.  I figured it out...

In case others are confused, you need to check the MP4 box in the "new" combined DirectShow playback dialog.
