I have a Primera Bravo II CD/DVD Publisher at work.  It's wonderful when it works properly, but it doesn't always work properly (and I've never been able to determine what causes it to have one of it's "episodes").  It has been working pretty well for the past few months (fingers crossed).

I should mention... It's been working very well for the past few months since I applied the most recent firmware update.  Sooooo.... That could have been my problem previously.  (I've been applying them all along, but the newest ones seems -- fingers still crossed -- to have cinched it.)
